Vahan currently serves as the SVP of Sales at Oxford Instruments. He previously held executive roles at Cogniac, including Chief Partnership & Business Development Officer and SVP of Global Sales. Before Cogniac, he spent four years at Carl Zeiss as Vice President of Global Sales and Industry Sales. Earlier, Vahan was VP of Global Sales and Service at Xradia, later acquired by Carl Zeiss. His career also includes sales executive positions at Tegal, SEZ (later acquired by Lam Research), and FEI (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific). He is a founding member of the advisory board for three startups and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

He is the brains behind Confluent Software (acquired by Oracle), Securent (acquired by Cisco), Micrograam, and Skyhigh Networks (acquired by McAfee). In addition to his startup endeavours, Sekhar has held significant leadership roles, namely as a Senior Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems, and Vice President at McAfee. Prior to that, Sekhar was a Computer Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center, and a Senior Researcher at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories.

Manas has built a distinguished career in ML, starting as a technology consultant at PwC. He previously led Responsible AI solutions for Microsoft's Azure ML services. Additionally, as an ML Engineer, Manas was instrumental in creating the damage detection feature for AWS Recognition and an NLP solution for AWS Comprehend. Before his tenure at Microsoft and AWS, Manas played a pivotal role at Urban Company, an Indian Unicorn Startup. There, he developed their customer support solution from scratch, which included a seamless support chat interface and a conversational-AI-based chatbot, serving over 1 million customers and showcasing his skills as a Product Manager. Manas is passionate about technology, particularly in the AI/ML domain, and entrepreneurship.

His professional journey began as a Financial Analyst, where his exceptional performance and results-driven approach rapidly advanced him to a Partner role at the well-respected Independiente SAF. Further expanding his expertise, Renzo served as a Product Manager at BREIN, and then was appointed as Chief of Staff to the CEO of BREIN. Additionally, Renzo's entrepreneurial spirit led him to venture into founding two companies: Eat&Go Perú and Maverick SGFI.
